Jon has forty five years of experience in a broad range of commercial and corporate real estate. He has completed transactions as principal, buyer, seller and broker totaling over $1 billion on millions of square feet of space in office, retail, industrial and investment properties and on hundreds of acres of land.
As the Principal Broker of Anderson CRG, Jon calls on his significant and broad commercial and corporate real estate background in serving clients throughout Utah in all property types.
Commercial Real Estate Brokerage: Prior to his role at Anderson CRG, Jon was 50% owner and Partner/Principal Broker of the Provo/Orem office of Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce (formerly Commerce CRG and Colliers Clark CRG). As the on-site partner in charge of business development and recruiting, he built that office from inception in 1998 to the largest and highest market-share commercial real estate company in Utah County, with 27 commercial real estate agents at its peak.
Corporate Real Estate: As Director of Corporate Real Estate from 1990 to 1998 for Amdahl Corporation, a Fortune 500 technology company owned by Fujitsu, Jon spearheaded all worldwide real estate lease and purchase negotiations as well as project management, planning and construction. He personally expedited the sublease and sale of one million square feet of headquarters space in a significant downsizing of the company’s facilities.
Real Estate Acquisitions for Investment Funds: Jon negotiated and closed transactions as principal for an institutional advisory and syndication firm for ten years. He was Vice President, Acquisitions for Equitec Properties Company as a buyer of major commercial properties for investment funds. His experience in that role included investment property sourcing, negotiation, oversight of due diligence and transaction closings. His experience there also included major commercial loan involvement and property management.

Chase Bryan is a commercial agent with experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. With an astute awareness of the local market, Chase has been involved with a high amount of transactions in a relatively short amount of time.
Before serving clients as an agent, Chase learned the market and gained experience as an intern for Anderson CRG. He also worked in other areas of the real estate industry in internships including market research and land acquisition for Real Estate Economics in San Clemente, CA and Lennar Homes in Tempe, AZ.
At Brigham Young University, Chase had the distinction of serving as President of the Entrepreneurship Association within the Marriott Business School. He also served as a student representative, hosting university dignitaries and coordinating transportation for the University President and his staff. While a student, Chase was a finalist in the Ballard Center Social Innovation Case Competition. The case study sought ways to assist Paraguayans to lift themselves out of poverty. His team competed with graduate teams from top universities nationwide.
Chase interrupted his university studies to become a full-time volunteer representative for his church for two years in Argentina. During that time, he focused on sourcing and contacting people directly to share his message and to serve them. Additionally, he supervised a large group of other representatives and trained them directly and in group settings.
Chase obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management at Brigham Young University.
Chase Bryan is driven by the success of his clients and enjoys living in a community closely tied to the outdoors.
Caden Bryan has been working in commercial real estate since 2019. He was the lead data analyst at Anderson CRG, gathering, analyzing, publishing and presenting data to commercial agents for site evaluation. Much of the data was sourced innovatively from AI technology, which provided data points not previously available. The data and reports Caden created have been used by top executives of clients to make determinations about commercial properties.
In addition to the AI data analytics, Caden’s success can be attributed to a commitment to the commercial real estate industry, a strong work ethic and a client-centered approach. Caden provides quality service by seeking out customer needs and delivering solutions to those needs. His experience includes, sourcing land and property sites for acquisition and assisting clients in obtaining entitlements from cities for development and construction. A key company value of Anderson CRG is honesty and integrity, to which Caden fully subscribes.
Caden’s areas of expertise include representing Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants in commercial real estate transactions. His experience in site selection, market research, and investments returns allows him to provide valuable representation to clients.
Caden enjoys the opportunity to serve others. Caden helped, along with a humanitarian group, to construct a new school in Lima, Peru in 2016. He served as a full-time missionary based in Wichita Kansas for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from 2017 to 2019.
Caden attended The Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and is a 2023 graduate. His hobbies include mountain biking, skiing, basketball, and spending time with his family.

Tyler started out in real estate in August 2021 when he helped his brother find a rental property to invest in. A month later, Tyler began his career in real estate and came to work at Anderson CRG as an assistant to Jon.
Tyler specializes in site analysis and site selection. He is very interested in his client’s needs and provides high-quality services to ensure they get the best-possible product. Tyler’s experience includes sourcing retail properties and pad sites for clients to develop. He also works with municipalities and developers in obtaining approvals and permits for construction.
Tyler loves traveling and learning about different people and cultures. Tyler served as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2017 to 2019 in Indonesia. In the fall of 2022, Tyler enjoyed a three-month study abroad in Europe where he was able to spend time in France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, and Czech Republic.
Some of Tyler’s hobbies include playing and watching basketball, reading books, spending time with friends and family, and listening to country music. Tyler graduated from Brigham Young University in April 2023 with a Bachelor of Accountancy.

Atuoma Ezeh began his journey in commercial real estate in 2015 in his hometown of Albuquerque New Mexico, where he gained experience as an agent representing clients across various asset classes including industrial, retail, office, and land while pursuing his bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of New Mexico. It was there that he discovered his passion for real estate.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in 2018, he went on to pursue a master’s degree at Hult International Business School and had the opportunity to study in Dubai. While there he started Hult International Real Estate Group where he created a platform for real estate companies such as Emaar, Damac, and The Heart of Europe to showcase and foster interest in their new developments.
Atuoma also met his wife in Dubai and after graduating, found work in Utah where he gained experience in corporate lending and finance. He worked at Lendio as a Funding Manager, helping small businesses around the nation, gain working capital to expand their companies and then went on to work at Goldman Sachs in their Investment Research Division where he spent two years analyzing oil & gas and metals & mining companies in the Bloomberg Corporate High Yield Index.
Around the time Atuoma had his first child, he realized that his true calling is real estate and he decided to take a leap of faith and pursue his passion at Anderson CRG.
Atuoma loves getting to know his clients and understanding their needs so he can provide catered solutions.
His hobbies include exercising, trying new foods, travelling, and reading.
